Refund policy

REFUNDS 

Since we work with secondhand and pre-loved pieces all sales are FINAL. There are no returns or refunds on the pieces. We are not liable if any of the pieces are damaged during the shipping process, or if they are delivered to the wrong address, please contact the postal service to find your package.

Please read the descriptions before purchasing a piece. all of the information regarding the pieces are always listed in the descriptions. Such as measurements,
disclaimers about wear/ tear, whether they're running, etc. Please send us a message if you would like more details or pictures before you purchase. 

Requests for refunds regarding an aspect of the pieces that was addressed in the descriptions will be rejected.

Examples include:
  • A piece being too bigger too small 
  • Complaints about wear and tear or scratches 
  • A piece that is not in working condition. We always specify whether it has been tested or not.
