We are a small business and require time to package your order, please allow 3-5 days for us to package your items. Â If you want your order packed ASAP please select the express shipping options.Â
We do ship internationally! Please allow one to two business weeks for your parcel to arrive to you. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. All packages will come with a tracking number and if you have any further questions please feel free to contact us: CONTACT US
If the customer has given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to give you a refund. nad.rah is not responsible for unclaimed/returned, lost, damaged packages. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you, if you wish to reship the package, you are responsible for the return fee and new shipping label. If you wish to forfeit the package we will apply funds excluding return fee to your account as store credit. You may be charged customs duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for custom duties and tax payments.Â
